During roof construction, it may be necessary to adjust parts required for the roof structure to the same level, or to install the exterior walls precisely vertically - whenever a high-quality installation requires precise adjustment of the gap between the fastened parts. That's where adjustment screws come in.
An adjustment screw does not require pre-drilling, as its tip is specially designed with a sharp cutting edge. The screw enters the wood easily without creating internal stress in the material, preventing it from cracking.
Several specially shaped rings under the screw head secure the fastened parts after full tightening and allow you to set the required gap in the structure by changing the direction of screw rotation. Torx slotted screws are ideal for this task, transmitting torque evenly when tightening and loosening the screw.
The grooves at the bottom of the countersunk screws are used for self-sinking screws and allow you to achieve a smooth surface with a recessed flat head.
