Particleboard screws——introduction

Particleboard screws are mostly used in hardwood softwood and particleboard.

About the threads and points of the Particleboard screws:
1.Thinner Thread slices the material for easier driving; less naterial distortion for more material strength; minimizing splitting and therefore, less scrap and rework.
2. Sharper Thread on this thread resists material slippage over the thread surface during either pullout or vibration. This results in superior holding power.
3. Slim root diameter with spaced threads ORE MATERIAL BETWEEN THREADS for more holding power and a low drive to high strip ratio Wide threads provide greater gripping area.

4.Low end pressure and no powdering prior to entry.

5.Threaded to point.Instant starting .
